"Thank you so much for sending Cory and Ben to track down the source of a big water leak through my second floor dining room ceiling during a recent rainstorm.  They were totally organized, knowledgeable, thorough and systematic in tracing the likely source back to a lack of caulking in the third floor housing of a fireplace directly above the dining room, and they also checked all the other possible intrusion points as well. “Maintco has done a lot of work around my home. Most of the work has involved major dry rot. Every employee from Maintco who has worked on my home have been great. They show up when they say they will (which is so rare with previous contractors that I have hired) and always keep you informed on what's going on with your project.  Currently Maintco is rebuilding my deck and they are doing an awesome job. Adrian and Justin are very hard workers and are so easy to work with. “Maintco is one of the best businesses out there. During the rains a few weeks ago, we came into the office with a horrible smell and a wet wall. Not good. We called Maintco and they were quick to fit us in, which we were so grateful for. Over the next few days, a crew of guys were in and out checking on what was going on with our office, roof and walls. They found the problems and got quickly to work inside and out.  Every crew member we came in contact with was really nice and informative on what they were going to do and the time frame. “My Condo Complex has used Maintco for many years. They are top-quality, professional, and do excellent work. When our complex has any sort of problem, we call Maintco first. They have repaired the inside of units, the outside when trees have fallen, etc. I personally had a roof leak and Maintco did all of the repairs inside of my unit and did a beautiful job.
